ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Rita! I have been an athlete all my life, and have been personal training for over 20 years. I believe that fitness and movement are necessary for our everyday wellbeing and longevity, especially for women.

My personal fitness routine consists of bike riding, strength training, and walking my dog Daisy, but I know that everyone’s fitness journey looks a little different. At RLB Fitness, we create a customized fitness plan to suit your lifestyle.

When I am not training, I volunteer in the Somers Fire Department, and enjoy spending time with my three grown kids, and four grandkids.
